CrownCards, LLC ("CrownCards," "Company," "we," "us," or "our") prioritizes the protection of your privacy. CrownCards develops software enabling collectible goods purchasing and selling for users. This Privacy Policy covers information collected via the CrownCards platform, website, and associated applications (collectively, the "Platform"), including collectible goods purchasing, selling, and related features.

This Privacy Policy describes the types of information we collect and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through the Platform, our website, and in electronic messages between you and the Platform. It does NOT apply to information collected by any third party, including through any application or content that may link to or be accessible from the Platform. By downloading, registering with, or using the Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not download, register with, or use the Platform. This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after we make changes is deemed acceptance of those changes.

2. Age Limits

Collectible purchasing and selling features on the Platform are available only to users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

A. Information You Provide to Us

When you download, register with, or use the Platform, you may provide us with:

  • Information Allowing Personal Identification: User-selected images, usernames, and customer support communications

  • Customer Authentication Data: Government-issued identification images, facial video, access location, IP address, browser/software data, and access time — used for identity verification and withdrawals

Public Account Data (such as username, selected user image, and purchase activity displayed in public areas of the Platform) is posted at your own risk. We cannot control the actions of other users or third parties with whom you may choose to share your information.

B. Automatic Information Collection and Tracking

When you access and use the Platform, it may automatically collect:

  • Usage Details: Access details, traffic data, location data, communication data, accessed resources, Platform output images, results, account balances, and activity history
  • Device Information: Your mobile device and internet connection details, including IP address, unique device identifier, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, telephone number, and data service providers
  • Stored Information and Files: Metadata and other information associated with files stored on your device, including photograph information related to user image uploads
  • Location Information: Real-time device location information to verify authorized jurisdictions for certain features
  • Cookies: Small text files that help improve our services, analyze traffic, and enhance user experience

If you do not want us to collect this information, do not download the Platform or delete your account and uninstall the application.

C. Third-Party Information Collection

Certain third parties integrated into the Platform (such as payment processors, device authentication providers, and customer identity authentication providers) may use automatic information collection technologies. Information you provide to these third parties should only be used for the purpose of their service provision.

Third parties — including app platforms, internet service providers, device manufacturers, and mobile/data service providers — may use their own tracking technologies. They may collect information that is associated with your personal information or collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and apps. We do not control these third parties' tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have questions about advertisements, you should contact the responsible provider directly.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us to:

  • Provide Platform features and functionality
  • Process collectible purchases, sales, and transactions
  • Send account notices and contact you regarding Platform issues
  • Enforce our rights arising from the Terms of Use
  • Notify you about changes, updates, and service modifications
  • Confirm your identity for verification and compliance purposes
  • Fulfill any other purpose for which you provide information
  • Provide personalized experiences on the Platform
  • Employ anti-cheating and anti-fraud algorithms

We use location information to verify jurisdictional authorization and assist in identity confirmation. We do not use location information for any other purpose.

We may display advertisements within the Platform, and these advertisements may be based on personal information we have collected.

We do not currently sell personal information. However, we may share data with marketing and advertising companies for the purpose of finding users with similar interests and delivering advertisements.

  • Tracking Technologies: You may authorize or terminate authorization for tracking through your device settings. Blocking tracking may restrict Platform access.
  • Location Information: You may allow or block real-time location collection through your device privacy settings. Blocking may restrict certain Platform features.
  • Advertising: If you do not want advertisement delivery, you may terminate your use of the Platform.
  • Communication Preferences: You have the right to decline email or text contact. If you previously consented, you may opt out per the instructions in the communication.

6.2 Your Rights Relating to Your Information

Subject to applicable legal limitations and exceptions for required data retention, anti-fraud purposes, and system functioning, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw consent for marketing communications and consent for personal information sale or sharing.
  • Right to Confirm Processing: You may confirm whether personal information is processed and identify collected personal information categories.
  • Right to Access: You may access your collected personal information once yearly in native formats (CSV, TXT, PDF).
  • Right to Correct: You may correct personal information errors.
  • Right to Deletion: You may delete personal information subject to legal exceptions. Non-exception information is deleted or de-identified.
  • Right to Transfer: You may request information transfer. However, we make no representation that transferees can utilize provided information in described formats.
  • Right to Opt Out of Targeted Advertising: We currently do not engage in targeted advertising. You are opted out by default unless the policy changes.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sale: You may opt out of personal information sales.
  • Right to Opt Out of Sharing: You may opt out of personal information sharing.

6.3 Third-Party Use of Your Information

We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information for interest-based advertising. However, these third parties may provide you with ways to opt out. You may opt out of targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) on the NAI's website.

6.4 Additional Rights for Specific Locations

Residents of certain states (such as California) or the European Economic Area / United Kingdom may have additional privacy rights under applicable consumer privacy laws. See the "Specific Privacy Rights" section below.

We ask you to choose a strong password, change it regularly, and not share it with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted through the Platform. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures we provide.
