Responsible Purchasing Policy

Last updated: January 2026

CrownCards, LLC ("CrownCards") is committed to promoting responsible collecting and purchasing practices. While blind box purchasing is legally distinct from gambling, we recognize that it may create purchasing difficulties for some users. We have established this policy to support responsible use of the Platform.

1. Self-Exclusion

Users may request self-exclusion by contacting our support team via email at [email protected] or through the in-app support chat. Upon request, your account will be marked as "banned from purchasing activities."

You may select a self-exclusion duration ranging from temporary to permanent. Permanent self-exclusion prevents future Platform access using the associated account. During the exclusion period, you will retain your collection and may request shipment of your cards, but you will not be able to make purchases.

2. Account Balance

You must withdraw any remaining funds before initiating self-exclusion. Self-exclusion will extinguish all funds in your account, and if you do not withdraw such funds prior to self-exclusion, you agree to the termination of your rights in them.

3. Support and Resources

CrownCards provides resources and information to help users make informed decisions regarding their purchasing habits. Our support staff is available to assist with concerns and self-exclusion requests. We encourage you to contact our team at [email protected] for any purchasing-related issues or guidance on setting limits.

4. Responsible Purchasing and Collecting Tools

The Platform may offer a range of tools and features to empower users to manage their purchasing and collecting activities responsibly. The availability of such tools is not guaranteed, and the Company does not assure the continued maintenance or functionality of any particular feature.

5. Promotion of Responsible Purchasing and Collecting

CrownCards promotes responsible purchasing and collecting practices through our marketing, website, and Platform communications. We collaborate with industry organizations and regulatory bodies to support responsible purchasing and collecting initiatives.

6. Continuous Improvement

Our policies undergo regular review and updates to maintain alignment with industry best practices. User and stakeholder feedback informs ongoing enhancements. Please contact us at [email protected] with feedback or suggestions.

7. Video Game Addiction — Health and Gameplay Notice

While CrownCards is not a video game but rather a mechanism to purchase certain classes of collectibles, it may share features commonly associated with gaming platforms.
